I contacted Jonathan Claustres after I had been severely let down by another Estate Agency. He has kept true to his word, been honest and extremely professional from day one. His customer care is exceptional and I would recommend him to anyone that would be looking to rent or to let out their property. Truly dedicated and very helpful.

Contacted Bairstow Eves for a property viewing as they had a letting which fitted the criteria I was looking for. I was initially struck by the positive and percipient personality that Jon Claustres had over the phone whilst we were arranging a suitable appointment. At the viewing, Jon was clearly very knowledgeable about the local area as well as the property itself which I was very happy with. At the end of the viewing, Jon was happy to start the administration process where he was organised and stated clearly all of the fees and the next processes. Would recommend!
