Absolutely useless staff disinterested, unhelpful and frankly just do not care whether a sale completes or not. Seem to be on the side of the buyer not the seller who pays them. For your own sanity... Read Full Review

Really disorganised! Made a simple request to change names on a contract into a very long-winded affair, where we kept getting sent the wrong contracts, contracts for other people's houses, ignoring our requests/emails... Read Full Review

Without a doubt the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with or people have ever heard of when I explain what they have been like. Full of empty promises. Thought the tenancy they lost my personal details as well as keys to the property. They had a list of things that needed rectifying for the... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Haven't had any form of customer service for what I paid for. They were not there on handover of the place nor when I handed it back.

Thought the tenancy they lost my personal details as well as keys to the property. They had a list of things that needed rectifying for the property for 6 months.......still nothing got done. Then to top it off they take almost 2 weeks to do a simple refund?! They pass the buck and blame whoever they can, despite the fact it is clearly them. The customer service has been nothing short of diabolical - as soon as they have your money they become rude and act like everything is an inconvenience to them.

After travelling 2 hours to view this property for job relocation, I arrived 10 minutes before viewing, for find no letting agent, after getting hold of the office I was told the viewing was cancelled.
