Without a doubt the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with or people have ever heard of when I explain what they have been like. Full of empty promises. Thought the tenancy they lost my personal details as well as keys to the property. They had a list of things that needed rectifying for the property for 6 months.......still nothing got done. Then to top it off they take almost 2 weeks to do a simple refund?! They pass the buck and blame whoever they can, despite the fact it is clearly them. The customer service has been nothing short of diabolical - as soon as they have your money they become rude and act like everything is an inconvenience to them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Haven't had any form of customer service for what I paid for. They were not there on handover of the place nor when I handed it back.

Absolutely useless staff disinterested, unhelpful and frankly just do not care whether a sale completes or not. Seem to be on the side of the buyer not the seller who pays them. For your own sanity... Read Full Review

Really disorganised! Made a simple request to change names on a contract into a very long-winded affair, where we kept getting sent the wrong contracts, contracts for other people's houses, ignoring our requests/emails... Read Full Review

After travelling 2 hours to view this property for job relocation, I arrived 10 minutes before viewing, for find no letting agent, after getting hold of the office I was told the viewing was cancelled.
