I was buying a house from Reeds Raines Newtownards branch but unfortunately was selling my own house through another agent. This agent was totally terrible and I asked Ryan in Reeds Raines Newtownards for advice as I was at the end of my tether. Ryan gave me good impartial advice free of charge. I decided I'd had enough of my own agent and Ryan put me in touch with Barry in the Glengormley branch. Barry came promptly, took photos of my house and very quickly had a superior brochure ready to go. There was no pressure at all but I asked Barry to come as a joint agent. Immediately Barry's team were proactive and had viewers. Overall I found Reeds Rains to be very professional, efficient and trustworthy as a company. My house sold very quickly. Thanks for everything .

I walked into reeds in glengormley with not much knowledge of what to do next for my house sale ,after about a minute I spoke to grainne, I was dealt with professionaly form the start .this made my life alot easier and felt the stress of the house move go away ,through out the process I was kept up-to-date on a daily basis .very approachable and friendly .I look forward to doing more business with reeds in glengormley in the near future .10 out of 10 .thank you .

Fob-offs, excuses and avoidance. I haven't met anyone here who is happy that their home reflects the show homes that the estate agent showed us.
There are also ongoing environmental issues withunfinished roads, a FAR TOO close by recycling plant, and a proposed rubbish incinerator. The problems with developers and environmental issues have been ongoing for a good few years and so this information should have been passed onto us. (Either Reeds Rains were not aware of these issues as they hadn't done their jobs properly, or they witheld this information from us just to get our money...) It's hardly surprising that residents are selling their new builds up here as fast as the developers are chucking them up.
Estate agents are legally bound to tell potential buyers the truth; if Reeds Rains had been more honest about the background of this new development then we would DEFINITELY NOT have bought our home for our young family here. We have had 18 months (so far) of ongoing unnecessary costs to us, hassle, stress and inconvenience in our new home. Thanks for the recommendation RR.
