Absolutely shocking estate agent.
I lived in a property for 6 months and decided not to renew the tenancy.
Initially, the estate agent did an end of tenancy inspection and said everything was in order and I was to await a full refund of my deposit. A day later, I recieved an email from the agent stating that the landlord has double checked the property and he'd listed hundreds of pounds worth of wear and tear, which really wasn't the case. I questioned this with the agent and she took the landlords side.
Anyway, went through the deposit scheme and got my full deposit back as the house was in exactly the same condition as it was at the beginning of the tenancy.
Be very weary of this letting agent as they WILL take the side of their greedy and exploitative landlords.

Andrew, and his team, at Reeds Rains Estate Agents in Ashton-under-Lyne have been brilliant from start to finish. When my mother passed away last summer, dealing with her estate was a privilege, however it took me into somewhat unknown territory in terms of what to do and when dealing with a house sale in probate etc., Andrew though offered sound timely guidance from the first time we met in Mum’s front room. It has taken 8 months however having recently completed the sale, I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and advice received.

I purchased a property that was marketed by Reeds Rains Ashton. The service provided was exemplary. The initial viewing was arranged and conducted promptly, they liaised with the seller solicitors effectively when anything needed chasing.
