As we have reiterated and confirmed in your signed Terms and Conditions and MyDeposits declaration, we cannot legally release the holding deposit to any tenant without the landlord giving full authority. Any attempt to do so would breach the agreement you signed between you and the landlord. We look forward to the opportunity of explaining this is due course. ...
