As everyone will say buying a house is very stressful and time consuming. Me and my husband had actually given up and took a break when Peter phoned us to asked us to come for some viewings. Before that, we were looking for properties ourselves on internet just to be constantly disappointed about how different they were in reality. We met Peter with little hope and it was the best that could have happened to us. He focused on asking us the right questions and our non-negotiable to understand our needs and then selected from his portfolio properties that would fit our criteria and budget. We met him twice and he took us to see 4-5 properties each time, much more than what we managed in the past months on our own, he was really on the money with what he showed us, so much that we found one property that we liked and then another one that we loved and made an offer immediately. Peter worked tirelessly for us to help us get that property (a little under asking price); he helped us with the seller and with any questions on the process. He was available all day, all night and helped speed things along with solicitors and intervened when they were blockers in the process. We have finally exchanged contracts and really we couldn't be happier with our home which we wouldn't have found if he wasn't for him! Can't recommend (and thank!) him enough!

As a tenant with this agency fully managing the property, I can only say they are useless. General maintenance, repairs and complaints were either delayed, ignored, forgotten or poorly executed. in the time living in the property, two roof tops were fully replaced, appliances had to be exchanged... As a tenant with this agency fully managing the property, I can only say they are useless.
General maintenance, repairs and complaints were either delayed, ignored, forgotten or poorly executed.
in the time living in the property, two roof tops were fully replaced, appliances had to be exchanged and several water damages occurred. All taken care of the landlord and myself as the tenant as the agencies property management was incapable of rectifying the damages timely or professionally.
The response time to issues shows that the lack of professionalism in project management, must come for severe understaffing.
Greene and Co is an agency offering a set of services they cannot deliver.
The staff seems to try their best possible, but it falls over in a poorly managed organisation.
As to the letting process, I was absolutely happy with that. Just make sure this agency is not responsible for managing your property.

What an excellent service i received when selling 3 flats in 2014 with Greene & Co Belsize Park. The properties were very well marketed, we had lots of people through the doors and Greene & Co achieved very good prices for me. Most importantly, i was kept well informed throughout the whole process. I will certainly be using them again!!!!

Very unprofessional, disorganised agency. Firstly hey prepared two diffrent versions of a contract with different clauses on the rent payable - one for the tenant, another one for me (the landlord). They also sent my contract to another landlord in the building instead of sending it to me. On top of that they refused to exchange the contracts, saying that they don't do that anymore and that all contract are kept "off-site". When my solicitor asked them to explain that Ricky Stone, Director, refused to comment. He is also the one dealing with agency complains but he cannot deal with my complain. It's been over 3 months and they have not resolved the issue. This agency is one to be AVOIDED!

Finding a good estate agent is normally very difficult but I thought Damian was excellent, so much so that I have taken the time to write this review.
No BS, no hard sell, just a decent estate agent. Very refreshing.
