An absolutely excellent service with the letting Manager Eugenio Lecci . I am a landlord with Belvoir in Welwyn Garden City, received fantastic service. From the initial point of contact, with great customer service. He helped me to find the correct tenant, advertising online with great pictures and details, arranged viewings with great care, and have sorted any issues that have arose (as both a landlord) extremely quickly and efficiently. Amazing service! Just exchanged on my first property and I could not be more happy with the way Chris handled the entire process. Always professional, constant updates and lovely attitude. Home purchase is stressful in everyone's life but I felt he made it a lot easier for me, keeping me calm and making me feel secure.
I have dealt with many agents due to the nature of my work but Chris is by far outstanding.
I must say every time I called the office entire team were extremely helpful and passed messages immediately.
Confirmation emails and texts every time .
I would recommend Belvoir 200% to anyone.

Horrible! Nothing gets done right away, they do not inform each other! You have to call them a million times to get something done. We have had a hard time with this agency, everytime you call they don't even know what you are talking about and ask you to tell them the problem again. I had to scream at them one to get something done and threaten that I would not pay rent. They always lie and come up with excuses! Julie should not be working there she is old and she keeps on forgetting everything. Davinder is a typical agent,he just wants to sell. Horrible horrible! They did not do a reference on me they still took money from me and when I asked them to return the money they keep saying oh GoodLord will send you an email. But they haven't. I am still awaiting my money.
