A total and utter rip off. They will not intervene at all to manage tenants, just send round a handyman, plumber, electrician, at extra cost to you for the most trivial of matters. I do not joke, I was charged for an electrician because the tenant did not plug the cooker hood on, and again to change a light bulb, yet again because the tenant couldn't operate the oven. They're is no feedback on any problems supposedly resolved (no proof provided of any work carried out) no defence for either the landlord or the tenant (so if you are a tenant they will play the same game with you), and absolutely no point in complaining. Currently trying to charge me A) for handyman to look at a small loose floor tile which has slipped a little and needs adhesive (which it did when I lived there from time to time) but which has more than likely been pulled up by a small child. and B) for a flooring specialist to come and quote!! When I finally said enough was enough, the contract was cancelled within minutes by their sales team! No phone call just a standard email. I bet their head office would love to hear how well they try to keep customers.
Comments on Agent Fees
An absolute disgrace that they think they can take such a large fee for providing nothing but extra charges for trivial issues.

We had other agents out and eventually went with Sarah Mains who advised offers above £225,000 the property sold twice within 3 weeks firstly for £226k then eventually completed for £230k almost £40k more than âin my professional opinion you will not get anywhere near £200k for a semi on this estateâ absolute joke I fear for all the other people who this joker has and is still undervaluing people homes. He should not be aloud to trade!!!

Dialled via right move, Shiela answered and instead of introducing herself spoke to me on the assumption I was a staff member, an odd experience if that number is used for customers.
I was added to the database, and told I'll get a call to see if I can view a property the next day.

Never got as far as meeting the agent set a,one discovering the fees, they aren’t interested in selling houses.
Dialled via right move, Shiela answered and instead of introducing herself spoke to me on the assumption I was a staff member, an odd experience if that number is used for customers. I was added to the database, and told I'll get a call to see if I can view a property the next day. No call back back, I chased again....not even on the database and it was Sheila who picked up again. Stranglehold no recollection of me and asked who added me to the database....I doubt there's many people coming over from leeds who are mortgage advisors, calling within 24 hours twice... I a,so had to chase up the text message with the property details. Upon arriving no agent was there to meet me, I rang and a man said to get the tenants to show me around. Agents laid by the seller making tenants do the legwork....nice! The property was of interest but with no one from this incompetent organisation present to answer my questions, and the existing blunders I didn't bother. They didn't even let me know in advance who I was meeting. Terrible agency, underlies the reason why estate agents need to be licensed. Couldn't possibly do business with them. Really, really shockingly poor.
