Superb service from Clare and the team at Your Move Andover, it was a seamless stress free experience renting from these guys and Clare kept me informed at each step as to what was happening right up to moving in day. couldn't recommend them highly enough and my new home is perfect, thankyou so much

If you need to ask anything to the landlord prior to moving in, don't bother as they won't contact the landlord and will rent it to someone else within a day BUT they will tell you that they were trying to get hold of the landlord! Very disrespectful! If you need to ask anything to the landlord prior to moving in, don't bother as they won't contact the landlord and will rent it to someone else within a day BUT they will tell you that they were trying to get hold of the landlord! Making you wait and then tell you that they rented it! I have been looking for a property for 3 months and I waited all day yesterday and today for a reply. I am extremely disappointed.

Well What can I say about this company other than EXTREMELY TERRIBLE customer service. My other half had arranged to view a property through the Your Move Andover. Upon trying to arrange a earlier date and time was told the company DID NOT do weekend viewings but could arrange an earlier time on the original date. When phoning to confirm the viewing my other half was told very rudely and abruptly that the property had gone over the weekend through a viewing. Thought company did not do viewings???? After a lengthy debate regarding it I contacted the branch myself to speak to the Branch manager only to be put through to the Lettings manager as branch manager doesn't deal with customers???? Question this.. To find out it was the girl I spoke to on Saturday who specifically stated she was the Saturday girl Was actually the L. Manager. Becky. So not only did she lie about her position she also lied about the viewings procedure. Clare who made the original viewing also stated that we would be meeting and dealing directly with the Landlord including the viewings. On Saturday I was told by Becky that they could not get hold of the landlord who had the keys to the property. But would obtain them today. So how did they do a viewing without keys? If I could I would rate this company with a 0 star rating but unfortunately I have to give it a 1.

Absolutely rubbish, all they seem interested in is getting as much money from you as possible.
If i had known about all the fees you have to pay then there is no way i would have let through them. also when my second renewal came up they suggested a rent increase (not the owner) i decided not to stay as i didnt think it was worth the increase, then when looking for a new place, they had already got the house i was renting up for rent again but for less than what they were going to charge me!
Now, after coming down from the shock of a £120 check out fee (would someone explain that, if they cant get a renewal fee out of you they will find something else to stick you with) im asked to pay £130 (to come out of deposit )for cleaning of the house when the house is as clean as when i moved in, needless to say i said NO WAY!!!
Please i beg of you DO NOT USE yourmove, i wont be in the future

I tried a few agents and found the usuall, false promise loads of buyers, etc. I found that they were all liars, so I tried Park Gate Your Move, and was good. They gave me a call each week with progress and found a buyer in about 4 weeks and when it came to exchange and a few problems cropped up... Read Full Review
