Wow! Between him and Natashca I was informed every step of the way. We had great potential viewings, no people there to tick a box.
After we'd made the sale I was kept up-to-date on progress. They really are an outstanding branch.

What agent could do to change your mind?
I use fully managed so everything is handled for me including finding the tenant, collecting the rent and any issues like boiler breakdown they cover it all. I have been using this service for many years now.

I cannot recommend the Abingtpn Office of Your Move enough. From the initial valuation I had utmost confidence in instructing the sell both of my properties as I would be re-locating. The whole team were fantastic, the pictures they took looked great and as a result there were regular viewings. They kept me in the loop throughout and did not lose interest once the deal was done. I had regular updates regarding both sales right up until we exchanged contracts.. Selling one house was meant to be stressful, let alone two, however Your Move were a pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

So my piece of advice to prospective vendors is - stay away from this agency because I doubt they will have your best interest at heart.
