Kashif was a friendly, polite, enthusiastic and really helpful person, always quick to reply. He has demonstrated to be an excellent, efficient and extremely professional agent. I just left the property and if I should consider rentting again I will definitely contact Belvoir Lettings and Kashif services.

Just wanted to thank Kashif and his team at Belvoir for such a fantastic service. I moved this unit away from another Agent due to poor communication and terrible tenant management so was delighted that he took ownership of the Unit, communicated promptly and regularly and then let the property very quickly over the ( usually ) slow Christmas break. I rented through Belvoir last year, I had a few maintenance issues with the property I moved into- I couldn't have been more impressed with the way my property manager Kash dealt with everything. Incredibly professional and he consistently kept me up to date with the works. It was great to feel like I was never chasing which is the experience I've always had in the past with other agencies.

I have just rented a property from Belvoir and moved in a couple of days ago.
Kashif has been great throughout the whole process. Polite and professional with a speedy service. He has kept me up to date every step of the way from my first telephone call to him, right up to the day we moved in and still in contact now top male sure everything is OK south the property.
I couldn't have asked for a better service.

Kash Asif - was extremely efficient and professional in assisting me with my rental. Unprofessional manager who doesn\'t think before naming silly remarks - inflammatory and argumentative ( but never to your face)

I rented a property from Belvoir lettings in Cheadle for over 4 years. The rent was never late and during every 3 monthly visits, no concerns about cleanliness, state of garden or any other problems were raised by Belvoir. Maybe these visits should have been conducted more in depth if this was the case??!!!
However, during the 4 years, I found Mr Lee (Manager....) often opened his mouth before he knew facts - the worst was when I requested my deposit back. He is rude, obnoxious and even goes against what is clearly written in his own inventories!!!! A whole range of inflammatory comments were written in email ( not said in person) by him and a wide range of additional "damages" or "neglected gardening" concerns raised. He even resorted to imply that I was trying to cheat my way out of paying for damages caused!!! Beware of belvoir and in particular Mr Lee - who it appears needs to take lessons in not only management, but also customer relations! A month after requesting the deposit from the DPS and finally I get a vast majority of deposit back - no deductions for the added damages MR Lee and co claimed. Be wary of this agency!!

The main contact visited on a quarterly basis and was personable..visits were very quick, 5 minutes maximum to check a 3 bedroom detached house. Written reports of visits were brief, but I should have challenged
The end of the tenancy process was a completely different process. The house was left in a good state and mostly clean - although I accept there where's some areas that needed attention such as the washing machine drawer needing cleaning, window frames in the main bedroom needing cleaning, and dust in a wardrobe. The freezer also needed defrosting. The agent tried to charge £100 for cleaning - including.£50 for a window cleaner to clean the frame. One curtain was marked in the move out by a foot.. Easily fixed as machine washable, but the agent tried to charge £35 for cleaning. Worst of it all though is the garden - the inventory at the start of my tenancy states that the area of the garden in dispute was a general dumping ground and in need of a tidy up. I left it in the same condition. The agent is trying to charge £70. And us trying to charge for the tidy up over a month after I left the property. The proposed charges are bad enough, but the overall tone of Belvoir gas changed since I moved out. The beach manager has now become rude and insulting, accusing me of trying to defraud a pensioner on the basis that the pensioner is a nice man... And I am not
Overall this is one of the worst estate agents I have dealt with. Great house, but the agent just adds to the reputation that estate agents gave. A real shame
