We were very pleased with Nicola's help with the purchase of our flat. She maintained contact with us throughout the process and answered all our queries very quickly. She managed the whole process very effectively and was always pleasant to deal with. She certainly deserves 5 stars for her work.

Shocking company with no idea about the basics of customer service. They forgot about appointments, never called us back. We had to chase everything to be organised which made the final details before the move very last minute and very stressful. It was almost impossible to give them money!
Today was the final straw when I was told we were lying about a piece of furniture they said they would have removed. Such a random incredibly weird thing to do and say. It is very difficult to deal with people who are terrible at their job, are rude, inefficient and liars. Being an estate agents is hardly rocket science so to get it this wrong really takes some work!
If I was the landlord, I would be horrified at the way they deal with their tenants.

The worst estate agency ever ! They never done anything what they promised. They are ignoring phone calls, complains, they even closing estate agency earlier then they should etc.
My estate agent is Patricia (I do not now last name) and Chloe Aligieri from Beresford Adams in Llandudno.
They promised to refresh flat avter we moved in but it is not done and i am here for almost two years. It is so bad that i have to go to Council to get some thing repared as they were ignoring me. Council fix fire alarm and i am happy with it but becouse i always am at work on Staurday, on Sunday an on Monday i never know that we have fire alarm chcek every Monday and I found out today as i swap shifts with friend. I suffer from epilepsy i was scered to death and what if I have a seizure ? Do i resived any infomation - NO ! Do i think my estate agency care for thier tenants - NO ! I going to buy a house soon but never with Beresford Adams even if the price is going to be right !!!

I have been extremely disappointed with the service I was provided with. As the seller with this agent I felt as though the prospective purchasers had their interests better protected. I was ill advised as to the position of the first prospective purchaser and also given advice which I was not legally obliged to undertake which I discovered at my own cost. In relation to the second purchaser I was advised to accept a low offer as the property had been on the market for some months, I disregarded this advice and did achieve a better offer. However, again I was made to feel that the purchaser's interests were put before mine. Very disappointed.
