I've been really impressed with Enfields. They found me a tenant quickly, I was kept up to date, and the process of signing tenancy contracts was so slick being online. They always respond quickly to emails and I never have to chase a response. Fantastic service, thanks!!

My experience with Enfields has been incredibly positive. I chose this agency to purchase my home, and 18 years later, I chose them again to sell it. From the very beginning, the service has been outstanding. Unlike other agencies, they genuinely invest time in their clients, which has been incredible—much more than I expected. They often responded outside of office hours, always with kindness and a positive attitude, providing invaluable assistance. Selling a house can be very stressful, but thanks to the agents at Enfields, everything has been much easier. Pauls's dedication, personal touch, patience, and understanding made me feel like I had a true friend by my side—one of the good ones. I can never fully express my gratitude for his support. Lots of misinformation given before moving into the property, when given our notice I did inform them that some of the information we had been given was false so that the next tenants wouldn't have the same issue. On the agents doing their viewings I heard the agent give out the same incorrect information. Every viewing we have been told that if we aren't available they will just let themselves into the house which I do not like the sound of but it must be easier to miss inform potential tenants when no ones around. I wouldn't be able to trust anything I was told by this agent.

However, since I paid (!) and signed the agreement they have degenerated into a disorganised mess. Initially, they changed next door's utilities to my name - not only did I have to work out what on earth had happened, I then had to go and sort my own utilities out and to arrange transferring next door's back too. On top of this, the property does not have a separate water supply from next door but I was never informed of this until I had gone through the entire, ultimately failed, process of trying to set up my water bill. Since then I've been receiving misdirected paperwork, cancelled appointments, and much more hassle than I've ever had from an estate agent in the past.

I brought a property through Enfields in Oxford Street and the knowledge that Sam showed of the Ocean Village area was expectional. I wouldn't hesitate in using Enfields again when buying another property in the City Centre and I would recommend people to use Sam when wanting to know further information about the City Centre and Ocean Village areas.

We urgently needed to find new tenants for our property and Enfields took over with this just before Christmas - not a great time of year! They found us tenants early January who have just moved in.
