ng that a life in academia wasn't for her and embarking on a career in the rental sector. Initially starting as an administrator, she quickly advanced to become a Property Manager and achieved her ARLA qualification in 2008 but she continues to study and update her extensive knowledge of the industry. In the little spare time she does have Melissa enjoys the cinema, loves to travel and also has an artistic side to her nature; "I really enjoy doing crafty things" she says, "and I studied for a floristry qualification just for fun!" Thankfully however, she insists that she has no plans to change careers anytime soon.
