Totally ruined my experience with corporate estate agents. The people who work here have no compassion, no empathy or care for their tenants. They were nice at the start, before taking money from you, and then the second it was time to look elsewhere / move out they were careless. In regards to viewings: on TWO occasions, the first on a Saturday morning when a viewing had been booked for a week, they called 1 minute before the viewing was to take place and said

My partner and I have both been in to JLL Leeds [City Centre] and dealt with the sales manager – Sharan Dhilhon.
