Rented property never again on leaving we went walk round with Mark who said only issue was a small bit of cleaning eh dust on skirting etc but then I receive email stating they deep cleaned the house at a cost of �300 on top of the 800 taken for rent for an extra month they said I never emailed them about leaving date even though I informed him on the phone that I would be leaving on check out date . At first he said I never talked to him on the phone then said he did tell me on the phone about emailing them so what is it ? U did phone me or you did not ? I also received no letter to remind about leaving date which they said I should have got . The customer service is shocking they are happy to take your money but not to give back I would highly recommend staying away from Clyde property very unprofessional and service extremely poor .as a father of 5 with two disabled kids I found taking that amount just before Xmas disgusting as I was told house was clean just bit of dusting stay away and stay away from Mark very unprofessional .lie to your face without a second thought about it .
