I had my house on with another agent and had nothing but hassle..problem tenants , poor quality inventories, poor inspection visits etc. I then found Belvoir and have used them for over 2 years now and I'm so impressed. I had my house on with another agent and had nothing but hassle..problem tenants , poor quality inventories, poor inspection visits etc. I then found Belvoir and have used them for over 2 years now and I'm so impressed. For one thing they care and they have standards which are high. I trust their selection of tenants. Gwen and Zoe are very thorough. Repairs and problems are sorted efficiently. If I email them - they respond unlike several other agents in town. An inspection visit is just that....they don't visit find a tenant isn't in and submit a report anyway!! If you want an agent who actually earns their fee choose Zoe and Gwen.

I had a very frustrating experience with letting agents until giving a call to Belvoir. These guys were great from the very beginning till now. Good service, openness, friendly staff, timely follow up, customer centric approach. Hope they will continue in the same way!I would recommend them... Read Full Review
