I have nothing but praise for Northwood. For the past 9 and a half years I have rented a house out through Northwood's guaranteed rental scheme. My house has always been managed by Stasi, who is extremely friendly, helpful and experienced. I live almost 200 miles from the house so knowing that Stasi was there to oversee any maintenance issues has taken away a lot of pressure over the years. Having the guaranteed rental income has provided financial security, which has been vital in ensuring I could afford to pay for the house alongside the mortgage on my own home. I have now sold the house, but I would certainly recommend Northwood to anyone looking for a safe and stress-free way of renting out a property.

I have used Northwood for the last 3 years to let out my property in Winton. They provide a superb management programme and really do look after the property in a first class manor. After taking a job in Europe we could not decide if we wanted to sell or rent our house, Northwood gave us a really fair price for rental and took all of the worries away, even when out first tenant decided to move out our rental kept on coming under the rental agreement. When it came to sell the house we were contracted to use Northwood but in fairness to them they offered us a great rate a did a good job of selling the house quickly and without too much bother. Overall great company, Last point although not fully managed Northwood really helped us when things broke in the house, they found a contracted and instructed them without hesitation (after my approval) , these were always local people with really good rates!

Nina has been our main contact for the last ~year supporting our requirements as tenants. This is only the third time I have felt compelled to write a positive review regarding a service I have received such is the customer care Nina exhibits. Northwood need to ensure that they develop Nina further so she can become an even bigger asset to the company. I understand that lettings must be a thankless role where you are chased constantly with little positive feedback. All the staff at Northwoods are very good and extremely helpful. Whilst renting with them, I had a few issues with my property and they were very quick to sort things out and kept me informed throughout. from the very first point of contact we were met by a very friendly and professional team member by the name of Andy O'Sullivan. He met us at the property to do the viewing and was very informative and efficient in the progression towards tenancy. Andy kept us informed at all times of progress with the rental and liaised with parties to ensure a quick and smooth transition for us to move to our new property. When my partner and I moved into our property with Northwood, we were very happy with the professionalism and swiftness that Rachel delivered with all the obstacles that reared their heads. She was very pleasant and easy to get along with and would recommend this letting agent any time. Northwood have been the best letting agent we have both been with. Rachel had lots of trouble trying to get a reference from my employee but never gave up and stayed patience until she received it. Unfortunately we were given two months notice to move out in April, as landload wanted the property back. Rachel was brilliant, helped us as much as she could also did a reference to our new agent. Also the new agent had problems getting my reference too and Rachel still offered to help. Overall I would recommend Northwood to anybody. They are always there to help. Thank you so much. They are all pleasant people and sort problems out.

Complaints Procedure
Northwood aims to run a high calibre lettings and estate agency business. Whilst we do our best to operate in a professional way and to the highest standards, it is possible that you may be unhappy about how we have dealt with a particular situation.
We have a standard procedure for handling complaints which is as follows:
1. Making an initial complaint
Each office is independently owned and operated and has a local Director who will be, in part or in whole, an owner of the branch. In the first instance your complaint should be directed in writing to the local Director. He or she has an honest and sincere desire to resolve your complaint as soon as possible and should respond within ten working days.
2. Making a formal complaint
If for whatever reason you remain dissatisfied then you should write or email us. Please provide full written details of your complaint and copies of any supporting evidence. The Complaints Officer, who will provide an independent review of the complaint, will investigate your complaint.

3. Receiving your complaint
We will acknowledge the receipt of this written complaint within three working days and explain our process for resolving it.
4. Resolving your complaint
We will then investigate your written complaint as soon as possible and write to you as soon as we have completed our investigation. This process should take 15 working days. In our letter (the final viewpoint letter) we will explain:
?The outcome of our investigation
?What we will do to put things right if we have made a mistake
5. Property Ombudsman Review
If you are still unhappy at this stage, you have the option to take your complaint to the Property Ombudsman within six months of the date of the final viewpoint letter.
