Welcome to an independently-run, independently-minded estate and lettings agency.
Ascend was founded on the belief that estate agents could do a lot better. We\'d been working in the industry for a long time and were frustrated that most agencies were just so ordinary. Like their houses, these places were in ne
ed of a new lick of paint. Bit of rising damp in the basement too.
So we decided to build our own home. This new home wasn\'t made of sticks or straw. It was founded on a deep-rooted, decade-long knowledge of Manchester, from the very bricks and mortar of the city centre to its outer reaches.
By a team of savvy individuals who loved the city and loved helping people invest, move and live in it. A team of quick thinkers and good listeners who did that rare thing: treat customers like people instead of transactions. Because they knew great service wasn\'t just about experience and expertise.
We had one philosophy: to keep the promises we made. Then we opened the doors.

This is the worst experience I have ever had moving. They were non responsive from referencing onwards. Moving our move in date less than 24 hours before and offering nothing but an email apology. This is the worst experience I have ever had moving. They were non responsive from referencing onwards. Moving our move in date less than 24 hours before and offering nothing but an email apology.
Actively avoiding our calls and emails afterwards.
Upon move in date- only 2/4 keys were given. When entering the property on our move in day- the place was appalling, including no hot water, missing washing machine, unlfushable USED toilets, mud and foot prints everywhere, dog poo on the balcony, and a leak in the ceiling.
Nothing was done about this, we have been passed around between different people with no help.
They are actively not responding to us, Forcing us to move into a flat with no hot water and disgusting mess

Our wall fell down 2 months ago in a storm. They sent someone out who propped our wheelie bin next to it and now claim its fixed because the bin is holding it up. The wall is a danger to us the tenants and the public walking passed the wall. Avoid this company at all... Read Full Review

10/10 Customer service from Will! I had previously enquired about another property which unfortunately had been let by the time I could view it. A second property that ticked all of my boxes became available, as soon as I enquired about the property Will worked extremely fast to reserve the property for me. Working out of hours to ensure the application went through within a few hours of the listing and fantastic communication to ensure I knew all that was going on as Will knew this property was also everything I was looking for.
