Dealt with Rob in person and Oliver on the phone when viewing a flat. Both very friendly and helpful. Rob had a good sense of humour and explained the application process in full so there were no unpleasant surprises. What agent could do to change your mind?
No hidden fees - just a single 'application fee' which was stated up-front. Rent as advertised online, no added services charges, etc.

I had a very good experience with Ascend Properties. I turned up at the property and was welcomed instantly with a smile. I had a very good experience with Ascend Properties. I turned up at the property and was welcomed instantly with a smile. Robert who showed me around the property was very helpful and chatty as an estate agent should be. As a previous worker in the property industry I know what qualities are needed to sell/rent a property and Ascend Properties have all the qualities! I viewed more properties in the area with different agencies who didn't have the same level of customer service as Robert did. Very friendly well presented man! When I rang up to secure the property Oliver answered the telephone and was very friendly. Definitely recommend this agency to anyone wanting to live in Manchester. Excellent company and excellent people.
