I am a landlord of over 20 years and live in Scotland. Mark Lewin of Ascend Manchester has managed my 2 bed apt in the city centre for many years and would not use any other management company. I have property both in England and Scotland and their level of professional service which Mark and his team deliver in supporting both myself as a landlord and the tenants are excellent and would recommend them to any prospective landlord.
