I had a great experience and was amazed to see how far their staff went to accommodate me. I couldn't make it to any of the viewing so Mr O'Neil kindly met me at the property at 11pm at night. He let me take a good look around the 2-bed flat and at no time did he make me feel hurried. He answered all my questions and at 11:35pm I arranged to meet him the next day to pay a holding deposit and then complete paperwork. Not sure why he needed a holding deposit when I was signing 4 hours later. On the day of my move in Joseph was there to open the door and give me my keys. The first month of my tenancy their office called me to make sure there weren't any repairs needed. The nice man (I forgot his name, Rufus maybe. I know it began with an R) was making sure that everything was ok. That was impressive. Since that day I haven't had much contact with them besides for paying my rent. Yesterday Mr O'Neil asked me if I would recommend them on this website to counter some of the nasty things people are saying about them (truly shocking some of it. I can't believe it was the same agent). I have had such a nice experience so I don't mind taking out 5 mins to write this.

Together with intensive staff training and company restructuring we are now pleased to offer a whole new range of services as well as a high level of customer service. We are aware the previous management team had let many clients and tenants down. We have vigorously re trained the new staff with a whole new set of policy's and procedures ensuring the clients of London Rentals all experience great customer service. We are excited with the new dedicated departments as we have already seen clients benefit from the changes. The new maintenance team work tirelessly to ensure all problems in a property are resolved as quickly as possible, currently we are expanding the team to have builders in each area, so a call out would result in a same day visit at a time to suit. Our young friendly team are dedicated to moving you into your ideal property and they are always happy to meet prospective tenants at the property to show them around, we hope that all our new clients as well as our current tenants enjoy seeing the changes that are being made and have a positive experience. In house we have a dedicated team answering all question clients may have, as well as having a new office that they are welcome to visit. The finance team are dedicated to helping tenants keep their rental accounts in order as well as offering many new services. Lettings Team The lettings department compromises of our experienced negotiators together with a dedicated team in house, posting and updating adverts on all our online portals throughout the day. Would never use this firm again neither would I recommend it to anybody with sense...since leaving the property I rented 3 months ago I'm yet to receive my deposit when I call them up I get past from piller to post nobody knows where my deposit is despite me paying it in their office. They refuse to listen and are very unsympathetic I spoke to a woman named Shelly who needs to learn some customer service skills absolutely terrible...I will be taking action against this firm ! If they don't have my deposit then they have a duty to track it down and sort it out.. Instead of giving me cheek On the phone...worst agency I have ever come across! They also rent out converted family houses into unlicensed studio flats 6 little rooms they call flats in one house which aren't licensed. What a disgrace!

I had read the bad reviews about this estate agency but was assured that they had changed ownership, and considering most estate agents seem to have negative reviews I proceeded anyway to rent through this agency. Whilst I was a little reticent at first, and perhaps overly cautious with paper trails/chasing up staff etc, I actually found that maintenance issues were fixed pretty quickly, staff were friendly and easily contactable and accomodating - this was also the smoothest return of deposit I have ever experienced with a private letting agency and they were able to process my deposit return and give a reference to my new landlord within 24 hours of me leaving the property, which is pretty impressive!

This rental is absolutely awful. We viewed a rental with Sruli, we put an offer in, paid a holding deposit then did not hear from them for 6 days. This rental is absolutely awful. We viewed a rental with Sruli, we put an offer in, paid a holding deposit then did not hear from them for 6 days. We rung the office every day, and Sruli's mobile - no answer. We finally went to find their office and Britannic House which was empty and did not have any signs up, a new build with no sign of a rental company. We then finally got a text from Sruli saying he will give our deposit back. This was 2 days before we were due to move out of our current house. He gave no explanation or anything. We have finally received our money back - almost 2 weeks later. AWFUL.

Do not bother to go if they offer a rental unless you are desperate.
Not surprised they are so many bad reviews.

I have never dealt with an estate agent as clueless and unprofessional as Joseph O'Neil. From my experience with him I believe he's obviously been brought up and trained incorrectly.
We arranged to meet at a 2 bed flat I was interest in last Sunday at 4:15pm. We turned up to find 11 sets of other people wanting to view this (around 25 people in total). Joseph failed to tell us beforehand that there were other people viewing. Joseph wasn't even there. He turned up 1 hour late with no real apology. We viewed the flat and emailed him later in the day to say we like it and want to proceed, what are the next steps. It was 1 months rent in advance and 6 weeks deposit. Holding deposit is 2 weeks rent along with supporting documents/references.
He then called on Sunday night to say the Rent PCM was wrongly advertised at 1,040 and it should be 1,100 - can we match it? I said No we can't the most we can do is 1,050. He wasn't happy and then said he had another offer for 1,100 but we stuck to our guns and said no, thinking we've now lost the flat. We didn't hear from him for a day or so, then came back to us stating they have accepted our offer which confused me as I thought why wouldn't he take the other offer as it's higher than mine. - Then I realised I was dealing with a crafty sales man.
We then arranged to meet him yesterday at the flat so I can have 1 last look alone without any other viewers and I had the holding deposit money and various docs to give him in order to proceed. My partner was in constant communication with him and past me the information so I can finalise things with Joseph so he was fully aware I was meeting him to put down the holding deposit money.
I was running late and tried to call him to let him know, but his phone was constantly on the engaged tone and he wasn't replying to my texts.
I got there to see about 10 people waiting to view the same flat, which really annoyed me. I spoke to each person and they were all given a different rental amounts. Lowest being 975pcm. Some had come with their deposit money also and some families had small children with them shivering in the cold for over an hour. Apparently he told everyone to meet him there at 6pm and he only decided to turned up at 7pm. His reason for being late I went to the wrong property sorryr
Before he let people in I asked him what was going on as I was here to pay the deposit. He said that he wasn't told that, he thought I was just coming to view again and then make my decision if I wanted it or not which was a blatant lie as I had already seen the texts between him and my partner confirming I was putting the deposit down with him that day.
When I question him as to what exactly he is trying to do here as he is wasting peoples time, he walked past me and opened the door to the flat to let the others in. As I walked into the flat he said I don't know why your coming in I said to him to re-read his texts and emails, I AM HERE TO PAY THE DEPOSIT and view the flat again. He started giving me attitude as I was embarrassing him in front of the others. By this time I knew I didn't want anything to do with him and this flat, but I was intrigued, so asked him, Right so if I say to you now, im here to give you my deposit money, what happens next? Are you going to tell these people who've been waiting over an hour in the cold to go home? his words I wouldn't give you the flat anyway because of your attitude My attitude is asking him questions as to what is going on? Didn't realise that was an attitude issue.
I told him in front of everyone that he obviously doesn't know how to run a business and he is very unprofessional and that I will be complaining to his manager - he said go on then, I don't care I couldn't believe the way he was treating me knowing I had the money ready to give him but from reading the reviews, all the agents based at London Lettings Limited seem to have the same attitude.
Before I left I told everyone else that was viewing not to give him their money as he has no clue what he is doing and that no one knows what the actual rental amount pcm is so why trust this guy. He will more than likely get your money and do a runner. He's that type of man.
It's like he doesn't want the business and even if he does he is not educated to the right level of professionalism that is needed for that type of market.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENTS and ESPECIALLY DO NOT DEAL WITH JOSEPH O'NEIL!!!

I contacted the agent about a studio and arranged a viewing. He texted me the address and I realised the address is different from the one I had called to query about. I found the advert and pictures of this particular address on the website I think it was Zoopla. The studio was crappy and horrible from the picture and I called him back to cancel. He said ok. The next day I started getting texts to rebook a viewing for that property and I have been receiving texts for the same address nearly everyday for over a MONTH. I tried calling him back to ask him to stop sending me texts but he doesn't answer the phone. I just got a text back saying "Please text back to confirm". This harassment and so unbelievably nasty. Please don't provide them with your mobile number, they will use it to harass you!!!!!

What agent could do to change your mind?
First of all, they should pick up their calls. and the next thing is they need to publish the rent of the property correctly, rather than asking bunch of people to view the property and putting auction. also they need to respect the prospective customers. A lot of things need to improve. In my opinion they need to start from scratch.

I went to the person Joseph, and asked "Is this the way you deal with your customers". He said Yes and when I asked "you need to give some respect to your customers", and his reply was "Thank for your suggestion. but I am sorry, this is the way I do the business".
Much to many viewers dissatisfaction, the agent came out of the property and said, there are many other appointments available to view the property and I don't want to take your offers right now and left the property.
This, for me, seems to be fraud. Beware of this agency. Better keep away

When we called him he seemed like he forgot about the viewing but asked us our location and said he'd meet us there in a sec. He did not show up!! We kept calling but he did not answer our calls, however when we called him from another number he answered straight away.
Very rude and unprofessional man, do not let from these people!!

I have to say i was pretty amused at the amount of people at last nights viewing in Pimlico victoria, Joseph was very busy trying to handle the two flats he was showing, in the end i won the bid and have secured the property, kept to what he has promised so far so good. He is straight up and kind of to honest, i wish other Estate Agents in London were like this. Hard to get hold of but when you do great to deal with.

First I was looking for a property tried to get in contact with Martin after a couple of weeks I gave up then I got bombarded with text messages up to 2 a day asking if I wanted to view property that day, I was on holiday at this time so I didn't reply by the time I got back I had about 25 text messages from Martin. I thought that was rather dodgy and desperate so I left it, Now months further I am seeing the same properties online but this time asking to contact Jack, properties have same address , same description but different photos, and description does not match any pictures at all. They are scam artists stay far away!

Viewed a property one of the staff members told me prior to me viewing the property requirements needed I was happy with the property and was asked if happy to bring a holding deposit arrived at the estate agents with all the relevant documents to then walk in and feel a presence all staff in the shop were not professional at all and decided to talk in hebrew in front of me and another customer in the estate agent I felt like I was being spoken about and judged and and they looked down at me after finally them finishing there conversation with eachother I was called to speak to one of the staff member who showed me the property after him looking at my documents which were all fine as I have been renting before called another staff member called martin he then decided to state that I would need to pay a 6 months deposit upfront for the property which would be over the value of £7000 I was disappointed as I was told at the viewing it would be 1 months rent and 1 months deposit renting for a couple years now and minimum deposit i've seen or heard are 6 weeks to then make a 30 minute drive to the estate agents waste my time and I have a daughter who is unwell to be told this. As a estate agents overall they are not professional and a waste of time there not friendly in there not happy go people and if you're looking for custom a smile don't go along away really unhappy with the service I received would not recommend this estate agents to anyone

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.... CROOKS AND THIEVES....
This agency are a bunch of cowboys.
They make up fake adverts online to get a deposit and then don't get back to you.
When we finally got through Danny the boss is the rudest creature on planet earth who is dishonest and crooked and will scam anyone he can.
The properties they offer aren't all available and most are dud adverts.
We inquired about a property and went to view and when we wanted to take it we where told its had gone only to find out a friend of ours actually went to view the property and secured it with Danny Moore.
But after they secured it there calls where ignored and emails too. They still kept showing the property despite signing the forms saying it was our friends.
Very dodgy company keep far away from them.

This was the worst rental experience I have ever had. Both agents were extremely rude, lied about the property, attempted to rush us into signing the contract without reading it. After multiple tries, i finally got through... they started postponing the dates ... finally i realized that it is just a scam and they actually have no properties with them. they make up some stories saying that "the landlord is out of station on some emergency business and cannot sign the papers". I managed to get my money back.

Very rude "8" agency, who just doesnt care about customer service.
We were about to move into the property, all we come to know on the day of moving that the landlord is not in the country and we cant move in. the same continued on the next day... the agent does answer any amount of phone call or text msg you send across. on calling up the agency office as we had no accommodation for that day, they were very rude & told us to google up & search for hotels or alternative options within half a day. above all they just hung up the phone on me and didn't answer any of my phone calls.
when we chased for your full payments ( one month advance, one month rent & agency fees ).. they kept it pending for 4 days.. which held up the down payments for other accommodation. would not recommend this agency anyone. please be careful....
