Dear LRS.
When we moved in the key clearly did not fit into the keyhole. That is not a bad copy. It was a wrong key. Trust me, I tried every angle possible. Bear in mind we were in desperate situation (and had basically nowhere to live for a few nights).
And perhaps it's just a coincidence that the next tennant that moved in had also a set of wrong keys and wouldn't get in if we weren't home.

I am disappointed to see this review. I have spoken to the relevant departments and I understand that you must be frustrated when you were informed that your referencing was not sufficient for the needs of this landlord. Unfortunately we have to be able to provide sufficient proof of income to support the application to assure the landlord that the rent is achievable.
