Finally it's safe for me to write this review, once we had moved out and are happy living our lives elsewhere.
We were very excited about moving into a new property. After paying all the fees and collecting our keys we even did a little shopping in Ikea (it's opposite their office). We froze in horror as we got to the property (still carrying all the new furniture) and could not unlock the door, because we were given wrong keys. It was on Friday and we were due to move out from our previous rent on Saturday. But of course, all the phones were dead, we could not reach anyone. ANYONE. On Monday, when we had finally reached their office, we were told that "no one has a way down there today.. you can come and collect your keys in the office". Just for you to understand, the office and our property are located on the other ends of the city and after that I wasn't planning on to going all the way to Wembley again. In late evening, some friend of a friend of a friend who works in LRS finally got there and gave us the keys. (Fortunately they subtracted they 3-day rent we were locked out out of our next bill) Just to find out there was still no washing machine (that was supposed to be installed before our moving date as confirmed by our letting agent) and although there was an oven, it wasn't plugged in and we were unable to plug it in as it was built in the furniture. It also took us some time to figure out how and where to turn on the electricity, since nobody told us, and we are supposed to be showed that according to some manual, but that was nothing compared to overall experience. Also, we were unable to close the door to our room because it was too large and obviously didn't fit. After app. 10 days some workers came to plug in the oven and new washing machine, which they were unable to do, because the pipes didn't fit or something, so we had to wait a little longer for that too. When the agent came to the property and we told him about the door, first thing he does- he slams the door with all the force he has, says something like "fine by me" and leaves us locked out, (the doors could only be open by a key and honestly, we didn't think he would take such drastic measures). So what happens next? He is too busy because he has other appointments scheduled, therefore WE HAD TO CLIMB INTO OUR OWN ROOM BY THE WINDOW. Literally. And no, we didn't live on the ground floor.
There was a pile of garbage in front of the house (old furniture, beds, mattresses.. all covering the windows on the ground floor) that they refused to trash for like 3 months. Fire alarm not set up.
As much as I would like to forget the initial experience we had with this company, I couldn't. For the whole year we were called to "show people around" as they couldn't manage to come on their viewing appointments.. and that says a lot about an agency. If it only happened once, okay. But was happening constantly. Which is kind of weird because anytime I needed to reach them, I just couldn't. I wanted to complain, I wanted to deal with a problem I couldn't. I was constantly being transferred to another person and then they just stopped answering my calls.
I am very happy those days are over.

fire alarm control panel is also off because of this.. thanks a lot for safety considerations london rentals..

I wish I had read the negative reviews before giving a holding deposit of £700 to this company the day I was due to have my baby. I dealt with "Sam" who was fully aware that I was pregnant and due to have my baby within a couple of days of being accepted to rent one of their properties. My move in date was 05/01/2016, unfortunately I fell unwell during labour and had to stay in hospital, which meant I was unable to move in. My mother kept Sam updated but as it was the Christmas period the company was closed from 24/12/2015 - 04/01/2015 and we could not get hold of Sam on his mobile so my mother left several messages on both Sam and the company's phone. My mother finally got hold of Sam and told him the situation, I would still be moving in once I was discharged from hospital and she would call him and let him know what was happening. Again my mother tried to contact him the following day but had no luck so she left voicemails. On 11/01/2016 Sam called me and I had told him that my mother had been trying to contact him and I would get her to call him back. On 12/01/2016 I had a missed call from Sam and a text message saying "Get you or your mum to call me asap or im starting court proceedings no more Mr nice guy call me now!!!" - I called my mum straight away and she said she had spoken to him. I found his attitude very rude. I am a young girl and just come out of hospital with my new born baby and the last thing I needed was a threatening text along with losing my £700 deposit.

These guys are nightmares to work with. They change the agreed rent constantly and you deal with multiple incompetent people to answer simple questions. We paid a holding deposit and our offer got accepted for a flat and a week later we were told they gave it to someone else. Went behind our back... Read Full Review

Words fail me to describe the sheer lack of professionalism and common sense of right or wrong that the people I dealt with from this company met me with. Right from the get-go I was fed one lie after another on top of having taken my money for a security deposit while the agency shamelessly continued to show other people the property as still available on the market and refused to return my money when found out. The behaviour of the individuals in this company was very clearly below par and unbefitting of a London rental agency. It was the kind of service you would expect from a corrupt-ridden third-world business. You should be very careful doing business with these guys as they are also not listed with the Property Ombundsman (at least not by time of writing this too) and therefore tend to be a law unto themselves. In my case I had to pursue a lengthy legal battle to get recompense for the gross misappropriation they committed against me and had the audacity to try to get away with.

I had been referred to London Estates by a colleague of mine who had rented from them a few years back. He had advised me they always have good flats in all areas of London. I was a bit hesitant at first as I had seen some of the online reviews and they weren't great. I decided to give them a call anyway and see what flats were available.
From the beginning of the process all the way until I rented the 1 bed in Golders Green Sruli was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite.
He explained to me that the management has been changed and that the company is undergoing many changes and improvements to better themselves in the market.
I am very grateful to Sruli for helping me with the search for flats and for showing me different options in various areas of London

They are accommodating and did everything i needed in order to get the correct documents I had been required to submit elsewhere.
Very helpful man on the front desk and the manager was also in the office.
Don't judge them on the old management, they clearly have changed.
