We rented from Belvoir for 9 months and found them to be very helpful and the nice thing was they always answered the phone-always a good thing. When we moved into the apartment it was utterly spotless and very hygienic. Our washing machine broke when we moved in, and within two days there was a new one installed. I truly couldn't rate them highly enough as a Letting Agent-very reliable and eager to keep their tennants happy and in excellent living conditions. Wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again. Thank you very much Belvoir for giving us a happy home for a few months

Agent that brought us around property was very helpful and talkative, really sold property. Rang that afternoon saying that I would be interested in property and wanted to put down a deposit, left my details and I was told I would hear back from them first thing next morning. I was never rang the next morning so rang them myself at 12.15 and was told that I would have to wait for someone else to come into the office and that they would ring me back in an hour. Again no phone call so I rang myself at 4.30 when I was informed that the landlord had sorted tenants themselves from 9.30 that morning. This was something that should have been passed onto us and was very unprofessionalable. As I am trying to sort accommodation ASAP due to starting a new job this ended up being a massive waste of time as I had to come up from Fermanagh as well as take a day off work where I am working my notice period.

My dealings with this agency was a very positive one. I rented an apartment from belvoir letting and any minor issue I had whilst living at the apartment was delt with promptly and I found all the staff extremely helpful. Belvoir Lettings were first class from day one. Very professional and very polite at all times. The main people we delt with in the 3 + years we rented a property from Belvoir were Craig, Eimhear and Christine. We can not say enough about how nice these people are. They were always so helpful and had any queries we had answered in no time. If we ever reported any issues with the property they had a trades man with us within 24 hours at the latest. If your going to rent a property then I couldnt recommend Belvoir Lettings enough.

Out agent - Eimhear - steered us in the right direction when i applied for a property viewing in a slightly rough area, and made a suggestion which we are very glad we took! She then managed to contact the landlord and sort out a date for us very quickly and didnt mind me being anxious and calling up asking how progress was doing every second day. When we arrived in Belfast she made the process of obtaining the keys and information on the flat very easy, walking us through each step in just the right amount of detail. As we are not familiar with the area she also took time out to print us off a map of the area and marked out the quickest route to our flat, even highlighted a local store, which made my partner and I feel very welcome.
All in all the performance displayed by Eimhear is one of the best - if the not the best - moving experience we have experienced and she is a credit to her agency.
We hope everyone in Belfast is like the people who work in Belvoir.
