The customer service at this company is apalling!! There is lack of communication, the staff are rude and they always make excuses. I have had nothing but trouble with the property i am in. Constantly having to ring to get something fixed. It took them 9 months to fit an extracter fan. We had a leak in our hallway and it took 5 weeks and 3 phonecalls before they sent someone to fix it. We have damp in the bedroom and have done everything they advised to prevent it, until they decided it was caused by us breathing. I have a 3 month old baby and they refuse to look at the problem properly. When the handyman does arrive to do jobs, its always a bodge job, and they never arrive on time. (Usually half an hour late) I will never use pinewoods services again and will continue to give negative reviews to everyone i know.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Better customer service. Staff need training in being polite to customers, in writing ketters to customers that are not rude or sarcastic. Staff need to work on communication and learn to respong to problems better.
