I’ve been really impressed with Pinewoods since asking them to manage letting out my property. They are incredibly prompt in all their dealings, communicate every step of the way and nothing is too much trouble.
Stacey initially viewed the property and gave me some really useful advice regarding the let, as well as being friendly and personable.
I have dealt mainly with Sam (Meaghan) who is always cheerful, friendly and professional, quickly actioning anything that is outstanding. She really has taken all the stress out of managing the let, which is exactly what I was looking for!
Pinewoods have secured a much higher rent than I was previously receiving and found a tenant quickly.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent service and care from beginning to end, we are so pleased we chose Pinewood.
The whole process was made far easier due to the help, advice and support from Tom, having that one point of contact is brilliant!
To sell your house during a pandemic isn’t ideal and we did feel vulnerable at times but Tom always kept us up to date and reassured us everything was going well, thank you.

we recently used pinewood to sell our property and buy our new home. Even though covid-19 came along and caused a disturbance but they still continued.
Right from the start the valuer Stacy came up with right price for a quick sale and the coloured brochures we're of great quality.
We were given a point of contact Tom Alberts, he looked after us from start to finish. All emails were replied to, promptly and he chased all solicitor's/conveyancers on our behalf. All the staff were brilliant, but made it easier to have 1 point of contact. I would use these again and I'd give them a 5 star rating.

Feeling more like a friend yet professional throughout, Tom Alberts has steadfastly maintained equilibrium in both timely communication and professionalism in keeping me updated without delays. Outstanding -Unfortunately I could only choose 2 people from Pinewood Lettings. If I could have I'd have picked them all. Everyone has been amazing right from the beginning. There's no duplication of role, which for a landlady makes the communication process much easier. The ladies who answer the phone are polite and helpful right through to Naomi who is managing the rental property. I would also like to comment on both Julie and Stacey who from the beginning have not only been accessible but have demonstrated on numerous occasions that they have both parties interest at heart. I would recommend Pinewood to not on prospective landlords but also tenants.
