I think my issue is with the system in general rather than Pinewood. I’ve paid for referencing fees at another agency, and I understand that Pinewood need to charge for sending written references. So my problem is with the disconnect between these parties and the process. In isolation I don’t object to the £35 fee.

Scott has kept me completely informed and has always been a pleasure to deal with. Any maintenance issues have been resolved swiftly with minimum fuss and advice and assistance given. I would have no hesitation in recommending pinewood lettings in general but I definitely feel that Scott deals with you on a personal level and goes that extra mile to be helpful.
