Not the best customer service, talked over by staff when calling about issues but we can't help having questions to ask. The inventory should be reviewed by landlords before tenants move in. We had 5 weeks from viewing the property and moving and we have had to do so much cleaning when it states on the inventory that cleaning is required in almost every room

Hannell’s have been so helpful during our move. Emma in particular has been great at advising us, providing information and liaising with our landlord. Any questions, concerns and changes were easily and quickly tackled and answered. When we phoned and spoke to other agents, they were also incredibly helpful. The inventory was the only thing we received later than we expected, 6 days after moving in. However I believe Hannell’s were waiting to receive this from a third party themselves.

From organising repairs, gas safety certificates, boiler repairs even rent increases nothing has been too much trouble. Now we are in the process of selling the house we have had some issues resulting in requiring giving the tenant notice then obtaining a court order to eventually gaining possession.

I think that without their professionalism on sticking to all the legeslation and having full copies of all documents from annual renewals available to pass to a solicitor we would have had many more problems. I have nothing but praise.
