Avoid at all cost..... Disgrace of a company. I left my properly 6 months ago and have just received my leaving report, in which they are charging me 5k for flooding the flat. During my time at the tenancy I have numerous calls to my property manager regarding the uplifting of the floor due to the underfloor heating. However when I left they then took a photo of a jammed sink ( clearly done by themselves ) and advised the floor damage had then been done by myself and I had purposely flooded the flat! The photos clearly show damage over a long period of time due to heat !! Conveniently the address 1 queens highland is now back on the market with fresh floors in every single room of the house! They made no communication with myself in 6 months in regards to the flooring or that the floor had been damaged in anyway ,,,rather decided to send me a bill ad advised if I don't pay this I would be taken to a tribunal. when removing the headboard out of the flat I had to go back the day after their photos were taken as it did not fit in the van,,,,, there was clearly no flooding that had take place in the property. When advised of this they advised why I was entering the flat rather than taking into consideration there was a lockdown and my keys had not been handed back as advised to my account manager at the time. Erin had now left..along with lots of other member of their staff... clearly a high turn over of staff for a reason. I am now dealing with another member of staff who has had zero communication with myself whilst I was in property or during the time that the lease was ending and is very accusing and blunt on emails. They check out inventory list states floor uplifting and that this was proberly due to under floor heating..however they have now changed their view on this . If anybody has any advise on how to deal with these crooks please let me know! any new tenants think twice. they are quick enough to take your money and blame you for whatever they like!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
