We sold our house through the Moortown branch. From Day 1, from the valuation of the property Manning was very supportive and at the same time very professional in all the dealings. What we most liked about the whole process was the transparency of information let it be selling price, offer received, the guidance, what we need to do. Abby, who dealt with the whole process was very patient and I must admire her courteous, smiley and ofcourse the knowledge she possess. She was never tired of providing me advice of what to do, where to go to no matter how small the query was. She was always updating me about what is going on with the sale. Because of the pandemic everything was stalled but Abby was always there for us reassuring and updating how things are moving. When the house market opened, Abby made sure everything was up and running till the completion. She was constantly on the phone and updating us about how things are moving on and the honesty (which we are happy about and give 100% praise to Abby) was there if there were things stalled for some reason but always with the assurance and advice what needs to be done. We were really happy and would highly recommend anyone in the Moortown branch and if you can get Abby on your case, consider it sale / buy to be done to the highest standard.

Louis Craggs who helped me at the end of my tenancy with the deposit process etc was very kind and helpful throughout.
