After my grandparents moved in to a home I needed to sort the selling of their house out quickly. Living over 250 miles away from their house and having never sold a house at auction I wasn't sure how difficult the process would be. It couldn't have been done easier or with less stress. The Auction House were fantastic from start to finish, taking care of every aspect and giving me regular updates on viewings, downloads, interest etc. I was given very good advice on pricing and expectations and when bids came in before the auction I was directed very well. Brilliant service from start to finish and took all the hassle and stress out of selling. Highly recommended

Hello Richard,
We are really disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied with the result on auction day. Unfortunately valuing a property, especially when we are aiming to sell things in just 4 weeks is not an exact science and sometimes we get it wrong. In this instance it does seem as though the price recommended was too high.

Thank you for your feedback.
The sales particulars, photographs and videos we provided were accurate during the pre-auction marketing. If a tenant chooses to vacate a property between exchange and completion there is very little we can do. This is certainly one of the risks when buying a tenanted investment but thankfully it is very rare.
I do empathise with your situation and hope that you are able to turn things around in the coming months.
