I qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2008 while working for the Ashtenne Industrial Fund and made the decision to join the Auction House team in January 2012. As well as continuing to value both residential and commercial property I now manage the office and am incredibly proud of the All agents reviews we have

Delighted with the service provided by James & the team at Auction House. When we needed advice deciding how best to sell the house James was very helpful and once we decided to proceed the system was handled perfectly with good marketing to drive up the interest from bidders. A great experience selling my property through Auction House West Yorkshire. Chris was extremely helpful from the outset. Chris / his team visited the property and took a number of very good images along with a detailed video of the property. Chris described the property very well and took on board some of my comments that I appreciated.
In the weeks running up to the auction, I was contacted by Stephen who regularly updated me on how many people had registered to bid on my property. In the final days I also spoke to James, the auctioneer who reassured me my property was highly likely to sell. I was delighted my house sold, greatly exceeding the guide price.
I am grateful to all the team at Auction House West Yorkshire. I would encourage anyone thinking of selling their property to speak to Auction House West Yorkshire, you’ll not be dissapointed!

Fantastic service, guidance and support from Auction House in selling my mum’s house. After my grandparents moved in to a home I needed to sort the selling of their house out quickly. The Auction House were fantastic from start to finish, taking care of every aspect and giving me regular updates on viewings, downloads, interest etc. I was given very good advice on pricing and expectations and when bids came in before the auction I was directed very well. Brilliant service from start to finish and took all the hassle and stress out of selling. Highly recommended

When we had to sell mums house it was all a bit daunting to say the least. Then we met James Pank who took us through the whole process with ease and professionalism.
We were kept informed at all the various stages sometimes by Email and sometimes by phone. Tracey Turton phoned me every time we had a viewing with updates.
The night before the auction, James phoned us to go over last minute things and to wish us luck. As promised,he phoned with the results the next day FANTASTIC result Thanks to James and the team. Would definitely recommend Auction House to anyone.
