Delighted with the service provided by James & the team at Auction House. When we needed advice deciding how best to sell the house James was very helpful and once we decided to proceed the system was handled perfectly with good marketing to drive up the interest from bidders. The day of the auction was also well handled with exceptional interest leading to a positive outcome for us as the sellers & the buyer. We would recommend Auction house as the ideal way to sell a house quickly and efficiently.

This was my first experience of selling a property by auction an due to the professional and effective assistance from Chris and Stephen at auction House it proved to be a smooth and successful experience. As a result of their expertise the sale price realised was above my expectations after which the final completion date was confirmed. I couldn't believe how smoothly it all went! 8 weeks from seeing the estate agents to the money being transferred to my bank. Chris Jackson and Stephen Schofield were very helpful, kept me informed and were always available when I had questions.
They also put me in touch with a legal firm who worked miracles to get everything ready for the auction in less than 3 weeks.
I would definitely recommend Auction House West Yorkshire.
