I can't recommend Sunjay and Donna enough! At the start of my 'journey' as a first time buyer, I had an appointment with 2 different Mortgage Advisors, Sunjay being one of them and another at a nearby competitor on a different estate agent's recommendation. The difference between them couldn't have been greater, they really were worlds apart - Sunjay came across a far more knowledgeable, personable and decent, whereas the other person came across as untrustworthy and that he was just after my money. Naturally, I choose to go with Sunjay and can now say what a good decision that has been. Throughout the entire process, Sunjay has been completely transparent, everything was detailed up front without any obligation or 'sales pressure', and he had put a lot of effort in helping me no-obligation before I even paid a penny. The cost was very reasonable and well worth it for the quality service offered, I feel like the advice and service has been worth every penny. Sunjay has listened throughout and always made sure I understood the various aspects of what he was going through, and if not, he took the time to explain it all very well in a way that was easy to follow. I feel confident that Sunjay's recommendations have all been in my best interest and he has helped me to ensure that I have selected good quality products instead of wasting my money. You often hear about mortgage and house buying processes being quite slow, so I have been most impressed with how quickly Sunjay responds to my queries and his availability - if he couldn't take a call there and then he would always follow up soon after, he made sure to keep me updated at every step of the way whenever there was any updates, nothing was ever too much trouble and if I needed anything he would be on it right away. I was very surprised at how quick everything was to be done. Similarly, when I had a query about the vendors, I sent an e-mail to Donna and she followed it up straight away with a phone call, she then got in touch with their solicitors at my request and offered her assistance to them on any matters, all of this has really helped smooth the process and I can't fault the service at all. I would not hesitate to recommend Sunjay and Donna - in fact, I already have referred one person to them on my personal recommendation and look to refer more to them in the future.

I cannot fault the team enough.
When our first property fell through (due to issues with damp), the team were very supportive. We finally found the perfect house for us, and our application was dealt with professionally and carefully. The team all went above and beyond to help us.
Our application was chased up- something that the ordinary mortgage application is not able to do. We managed to get a very good rate on our mortgage- lower than if we’d done it ourselves.
The service also offered free insurance up to £500 for any fall throughs - so we weren’t out of pocket for our first property
Will definitely use again in the future!

All our questions were answered and we had regular contact throughout the process. Once through the initial setup we were then dealing with Sadie who has equally been brilliant for us. She gave really clear updates, was always happy to help and ensured a lot of stress was taken out of the process for us. We look forward to working with them again once we are due for remortgage.

I got in touch with Jo Murgatroyd first and foremost through a friend, who replied back to me straight away to say although she couldn’t help as she was going on annual leave, she would find the next best person to help me with my mortgage application and she definitely did!!
Jo Bouldon has been brilliant from the word go, she has gone through every tiny detail with me, made sure I understood everything and broke it all down for me. She’s been so reassuring the whole time and I’ve just felt like it has been in the most capable hands and ultimately I’ve had my mortgage offer accepted now and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll be recommending Jo to anyone I can…no complaints. Thank you!!!!
