I sold my flat using McDougall McQueen, having previously used them to buy a property, on advice from a friend.
First contact was Angela Laird via Yvette Taylor: Angela provided the initial basic valuation based on condition and location, although this was later more accurately provided by a local authorised surveyor.
The viewings, questions from prospective buyers and any questions I had about the process were handled firstly by Yvette (who left the company a few weeks into the sale), then Caroline Scott and Wendy Rowat.
Any queries or problems I had were dealt very professionally and without fuss by Caroline who took the time and trouble to explain clearly any necessary steps needed to progress the sale. Importantly, at no time was I made to feel that any questions were ridiculous or unnecessary and throughout the sale, there was always the feeling that any problem wasn't too small or big.
On the few odd occasions when Caroline wasn't available, Wendy took her place and once again provided extremely personable help.
I would definitely recommend Caroline and Wendy at Bruntsfield McD McQ to deal with your property sale.

To be honest, I had expected to pay larger fees than I did and those fees were very reasonable.
