Mary, Jane and the rest of the team were incredibly diligent throughout, ensuring everything was completed accurately and quickly. We bought our first flat with McDougal McQueen. We weren't too familiar with the process at the beginning but the experience has been made very straightforward by their staff. They were very communicative (with us usually waiting only a few minutes before getting a reply to an email). None of our questions were ever left unanswered and they seemed to be tough negotiators with sellers during exchange of missives. We are very happy with their service overall and won't hesitate to use them again in the future.

When I decided to sell my flat earlier this year, a friend highly recommended McDougall McQueen to me. I had admittedly already semi-decided on going with another estate agent, but I am so glad that I instead had the good sense to run with this recommendation! Sylvia Kuzminski was superb right from the start. She was ultra-patient with my basic questions and kept me informed and involved at every step of the way. Her service was so personal that it was easy to forget that I was only one of many clients she had! A number of viewers also remarked on how helpful they had found their interactions with Sylvia compared with selling agents for other properties they had seen. This certainly boosted my confidence in the decision I had made to put the sale of my flat in her hands. Also worthy of an additional mention and thanks is Jane Yarrington, who negotiated my subsequent house purchase for me. She too provided a super service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to others. And last, but FAR from least, Alisha Malik's service was incredible right throughout the conveyancing process for my new house. Her communication was absolutely flawless from start to finish and I will most definitely involve her if I am purchasing again. If you are currently trying to choose a team to manage your property sale or purchase, look no further - You can have full confidence that Sylvia, Jane and Alisha at McDougall McQueen will do a wonderful job for you!

I've been a customer now for 3 sales and purchases. Simply I will not use anyone else for my personal sales, the relationship is beyond customer services it's customer delight. MM pays for itself, the higher sales price consistently achieved through great advice and negotiation can't be beaten. If they were Tesla I'd buy shares. As well as being first-time buyers, my fiance and I were buying at a very uncertain time. The staff at McDougall McQueen were so helpful from the get go and guided us through each step very attentively. It was Jane who helped us in our initial search before Devon guided us through making an offer. Both were so professional and kept us up to date at all times.
Mary then helped us through to settlement. She was so patient with us and our many questions and she was very clear on what needed to be done and when. The quality of service was not affected in the slightest by the pandemic and the fact that Mary was working from home.
We could not be happier with our new home and the service provided by McDougall McQueen. We would certainly recommend their services.

Jane has been absolutely fantastic to work with. I cannot recommend her enough! Despite myself knowing that I was in a disadvantaged position and the process might take a bit longer than perhaps her other clients, I was never made to feel like a burden. She always took the time needed to brief me on what I need to consider and was exceptionally professional throughout the process. She was definitely fighting in my corner to make sure I found a home that suited my needs for a fair price. I felt like she valued my custom.
I can't thank Jane enough for everything she has done for me. Anyone who gets to work with Jane through their own property buying process is very lucky and definitely in good hands.

We had an excellent service from all the McDougal McQueen team we dealt with throughout the whole, long process. There were some challenges with this along the way but they were dealt with very well and always in a friendly, helpful manner. There were times when we felt we didn't understand certain things and it seemed hard to get to that understanding but overall we came away thinking McDougal McQueen had done an excellent job for us.
