Jack and David made the sale of our house extremely easy and stress free.
They were always very professional and helpful and were happy to get totally stuck in.
Jack would constantly update us on viewings and feedback and was always very constructive with his feedback and would not hesitate to throw some ideas around to help us sell the property.
When we got an offer, jack was very professional in negotiating with our buyers and got the deal sealed efficiently.
Once we were under offer, Jack and David would get very stuck in and progress the sale. They were happy to talk to anyone from our solicitors to the buyers solicitors, and always kept us informed and in the loop which definitely helped us keep calm and not worry!

With regards to how the property was left and finding items like you mentioned.
