they are in a hurry of selling the flat where i live in. they are calling me 2-3 time a days 4 times in a roll. then they call me for the viewing within 24 hours . that breaks the law to view the flat with a 24hr notification. then they are now just entered the flat without any notification from phone or email to agree for the viewing. they just entered the flat and saw me was wearing underwears. then they questioned if I did not know the viewing while no one ever contacted me once. then they would assume that I was leaving the flat so they would have had the right to enter the flat. They would stand outside the flat and beg for the entry. this is not work under the law and not knowing what is privacy. this is harrsment and illegal entry.

The level of service from Bridgfords Nantwich was consistently poor. The property listing was amateurish & full of inaccuracies, phone calls not returned, their recommended conveyancing firms cost was exorbitant. When trying to ring the branch during business hours it was regularly unanswered... Read Full Review
The service fell short in so many areas, some of them very basic, it is difficult to envisage what they could have done to change my mind.
Their standard commission fee is higher than all the other agents in our area, plus they charge a \'marketing fee\' which I feel is poor value for money (this element of their service should really be factored into their commission fee).

Awfull communication, lie after lie, even when we complained to the area manager they ignored us, From the sales details, contract thru to the final bill every piece of paperwork was wrong a 100% failure rate would never use them again, the worst agents we have used 7 others in last 15 years all ok ... Answered calls, passed info on yo prospective buyers, got property details right, basic stuff really.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
