From day one, we had a set idea of what we wanted to achieve with our company. We have always believed that the single most vital ingredient to making our company successful is customer service with constant and never ending improvement.

newood was formed in 2004, opening its first office in Chesterfield. We began by offering property management and residential lettings in the Derbyshire area, soon expanding to Sheffield, South Yorkshire. Five years on, we have established ourselves as a customer friendly letting agents.
So from the beginning, we have set out to make sure we offer the highest quality brochures, the latest technology, and constant contact with all our clients and as much advertising as is needed to name just a few. as a go ahead property management company and letting agents, we know ourselves that the devil is in the detail.

We have been landlords with Pinewood since their early days in Clowne when we began renting out our first property. All of the staff at Pinewood have been helpful when we have needed them, and it is difficult to pick out two for special mention. Sherrell has kept our accounts in order, Shane and Naomi have helped us to find new tenants. However, Stacey was extremely helpful to us when we ventured into the property rental market, providing us with much-needed advice and assistance from his own experience as a landlord. We needed someone we could trust to get us started, and we found that person in Stacey. He has continued to help us over the years, including occasions when we have had difficulties with other agents in other parts of the country and needed some friendly advice. Kay has also been helpful to us from the early days, sorting out the maintenance issues, liaising with workmen, keeping an eye on our property and making sure it remains in good repair. For a landlord, the protection and security of the property is of particular importance. If you can't get to the property yourself, you need someone you can trust to tell you what needs fixing and what doesn't. Kay is our eyes and ears, and we are very pleased with the help she has given us over the years.

Stacey initially viewed the property and gave me some really useful advice regarding the let, as well as being friendly and personable.
I have dealt mainly with Sam (Meaghan) who is always cheerful, friendly and professional, quickly actioning anything that is outstanding. She really has taken all the stress out of managing the let, which is exactly what I was looking for!
Pinewoods have secured a much higher rent than I was previously receiving and found a tenant quickly.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Right from the start the valuer Stacy came up with right price for a quick sale and the coloured brochures we're of great quality.
We were given a point of contact Tom Alberts, he looked after us from start to finish. All emails were replied to, promptly and he chased all solicitor's/conveyancers on our behalf. All the staff were brilliant, but made it easier to have 1 point of contact. I would use these again and I'd give them a 5 star rating.

From first enquiry, through to completion, Pinewood Properties were extremely helpful and supportive at every step of the process. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they kept us completely informed very regularly. Our journey was beset with difficulties due to Covid 19, but Pinewood worked very hard to communicate effectively with everyone involved. The final days prior to completion were very stressful, but Pinewood used their expertise to ensure that we finally moved in to our new home.
