We do not believe clients are wholly interested in the traditional ‘high street agent approach’, with elaborate offices, commission, and generally a ‘one size fits all’ customer approach , neither though do we think clients really like the impersonal, less local ‘do it yourself’ model, where you often pay an up-
front fee for listing your property online, but the rest (which is often the most difficult part) is left to you.
We believe our clients want to pick and choose the best of both worlds (some people call it hybrid) – a unique independent agent, that knows the area like the ‘back of its hand’, providing the best honest local advice and obsessive customer service, paired with beautiful marketing and photography, impressive online advertising and cutting edge technology – in other words a flexible but straightforward end to end property solution.
And…. Because after-all, selling and acquiring homes is a people business, if you do want to speak to someone face to face, we have a property agency in Bramhope on Leeds Road, it does not look like a traditional agent’s office, but then we do not want it to!

Selling a late parent's home is a difficult enough experience without all the problems of interest rate rises over the last 15 months. Lesa and David were supportive, available and fully invested in helping us get through this difficult process - which we did! And I hope that the family who have now moved in love living in Bramhope as much as my parents did. Thank you Lesa - you went above and beyond.

For someone who has not had a great experience in moving house previously we can't recommend David Phillip Estate Agent enough. Their professionalism from start to finish was second to none and no matter who you spoke to they ensured they worked for us as clients and put our minds at rest all the way through. When things were stalling a little between solicitors they intervened and ensured that things were not delayed any further. We would highly recommend.

I can’t recommend David Phillip Estate Agents highly enough. The whole team were brilliant but Charlotte was exceptional. She definitely went the extra mile for us on numerous occasions from selling our property…twice and helping us to find and purchase our new home, then liaising with solicitors, estate agents, buyers and sellers!
The whole process would have been significantly more stressful had it not been for her.

David Philip has a very good knowledge about Bramhope property market. They have professional staffs and provide excellent service.
