I can’t recommend David Phillip Estate Agents highly enough. The whole team were brilliant but Charlotte was exceptional. She definitely went the extra mile for us on numerous occasions from selling our property…twice and helping us to find and purchase our new home, then liaising with solicitors, estate agents, buyers and sellers!
The whole process would have been significantly more stressful had it not been for her.

Best ever customer experience!!!
The support I had from Charlotte over the last 9 months has been my best customer services experience, ever. She has kept me up to date on everything, given me helpful and (most importantly) practical, advice and guidance throughout, and she's gone over and above everyday to sell my property.
As an owner who lives 130 miles away from the property, I've definitely asked a lot more from my Estate Agents than most sellers, but Charlotte and the team pulled out all the stops and made it a really simple task, including organising several professionals to help get the house sale ready.
I cannot recommend David Phillip Estate Agent's highly enough. Huge thanks to David, Lesa, and Charlotte for all their help & support, but a special thank you to Charlotte who made the whole process simple, transparent, and hassle free.

Moving is always tricky - even finding the right place is difficult enough. This estate agent took time and trouble to analyse exactly what we wanted, then actually found it in a great location.
Moving day turned out to be as traumatic as expected - really nerve-shredding - but Trudy, Lesa and David were reassuring and active throughout the day and got us into our new house in spite of all odds.
Great support and great service.
