There are estate agents and then there is David Phillip. They are at the cutting edge of their industry; they don’t just list your property they actively market it. Their process is fantastic, from the ariel photography, 3D tour and digital marketing tactics through to their personal and professional approach.
Lesa, Trudy and David made it their mission to get our house sold and I am convinced that it was their proactive communication and personal nurturing of every viewing that resulted in the fantastic offer and super quick completion that they achieved for us.
We really cannot thank you guys enough. If you’re looking to sell your home in and around the Bramhope area, you’d be mad not to use David Phillip.

Moving day turned out to be as traumatic as expected - really nerve-shredding - but Trudy, Lesa and David were reassuring and active throughout the day and got us into our new house in spite of all odds.

Fantastic service!
We returned from overseas last summer - Lesa recommended a rental agency to us early spring and assisted in finding us a rental property in Bramhope so we could “get home”.
We then began our search for that “forever home”. David, Lesa and Trudy listened to what we hoped for, even virtually viewed the house we had left overseas to understand our needs, and only recommended houses to us which they were sure we would like.
When we did find that “forever home” the process was smooth and easy through to completion. Thank you so much to the team at David Phillip!

Supportive . Good overall advice for marketing the property.
Always came back promptly when leaving a message.
Checked on the property for me regulary when the tenant had vacated which was reassuring.
They always dealt with any unforeseen issues with positivity & expediency.
With David’s many years of experience in the business it was always reassuring ; I always felt all the team (especially Trudy ) were on top of things .
The personal touch of David & Lesa was greatly appreciated & I always felt they had time to answer any queries & they always had a solution, particularly in the Covid lockdown .
I find dealing with a smaller company more efficient & personal I wouldn’t hesitate to to recommend them .
Thank you for making the process easy without the stress that can often happen.

From our first meeting to our moving day we cannot praise and thank Lesa and Trudy enough for their help and support through the whole process.
As "Senior Citizens" who had been in their current home for 42years a 200 mile move was pretty daunting. Lesa and Trudy kept us well informed every step of the way and were quick to respond to any queries we had. We always felt able to ring and ask for advice and felt nothing was too much trouble for this agency. A very well deserved 5 star review for a top class agency.

I have recently sold my property through David Phillip Estate Agents and cannot recommend them highly enough. They are a five star service.
Lesa David and Trudi were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable from the initial valuation through to completion. Anytime I needed any help or advice all I needed to do was phone them. One of them was always available and they all were aware of my details. A truly personal service.
Lesa and Trudi certainly went the extra mile for me as we had one solicitor in the chain who wasn’t on the same page as everyone else!!! I don’t think we all would have managed to get moved without them. They spent a lot of time ringing round the other estate agents and solicitors in the chain and we managed to exchange contracts at the eleventh hour so we knew we could complete and not have to rearrange it yet again.
I found the fee structure simple to understand and was delighted I had chosen the package with the video tour as we went into lockdown almost as soon as I put the house up for sale. People were still able to view and once lockdown was lifted there was a lot of interest leading to a sale.
