For someone who has not had a great experience in moving house previously we can't recommend David Phillip Estate Agent enough. David Philip has a very good knowledge about Bramhope property market. They have professional staffs and provide excellent service. It's a long time since we last bought a house and other than hearsay weren't sure what to expect of the modern estate agent. David Phillips are a small team who can offer you a high level of attention and a level of service that could not be faulted. Fees are not based on a percentage of sale price so you can choose a package to suit. However, most importantly, David Phillips actively tried to sell our house and it's potential rather than just arranging an 'open day' resulting in an offer we were very happy with within 24 hours of the ad going live. We would happily recommend David Phillip to anyone looking to sell in the Leeds North west area.

Absolute top marks to Lesa and Charlotte of David Philips Estate Agents for being professional and friendly throughout the process of selling my home. (Twice!!). The video and online details brought out the best of my properties features.Lesa handled all the viewings, was an excellent negotiator and kept me in the loop throughout. It was particularly reassuring to know she would always be on the end of the phone and replied to enquiries promptly and professionally. Charlotte was a fantastic mediator between buyer and seller and solicitors. She was friendly and calm and went over and above when chasing the sale. The whole process from start to finish was exceptionally easy and I found the team to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful and always at the end of the phone with anything I wasn't sure of or needed an answer to. I would highly recommend David Philips.

There are estate agents and then there is David Phillip. They are at the cutting edge of their industry; they don’t just list your property they actively market it. Their process is fantastic, from the ariel photography, 3D tour and digital marketing tactics through to their personal and professional approach.
Lesa, Trudy and David made it their mission to get our house sold and I am convinced that it was their proactive communication and personal nurturing of every viewing that resulted in the fantastic offer and super quick completion that they achieved for us.
We really cannot thank you guys enough. If you’re looking to sell your home in and around the Bramhope area, you’d be mad not to use David Phillip.
