Connor really exceeded my expectations as property manager. He came on board in the middle of my tenancy when I was struggling to get my concerns recognised. Right away, he helped me find the right assistance I needed to help me with my concerns and troubles in the flat. His responses were quick and consistent, and didn't hesitate to answer phone calls at an urgent notice. He seems to really care about his tenants, and wants to make sure they are living as comfortably and safely as possible.

I have lived overseas for the past 5 years and I've had many worrying days with my properties, and nearly always have had to deal with a lack of communication. That was until Connor Shaw took over the management of my London properties. I have never met a more diligent and thorough person. His passion and attitude towards his job are admirable. I am left stress free knowing that my properties are being looked after and my tenants are happy. This is how business should be done.
