The rent was expensive and the internet was absolutely terrible. My contact for reporting problems etc. took weeks to respond. And believe me there were plenty of problems. The washing machine leaked, the shower leaked through the floor, the internet would cut out every night to the point it... Read Full Review

The rent was expensive and the internet was absolutely terrible. My contact for reporting problems etc. took weeks to respond. And believe me there were plenty of problems. The washing machine leaked, the shower leaked through the floor, the internet would cut out every night to the point it wasn't usable and the plumber came about twice in the span of a month and it was never fixed. Worst of all they would attempt to blame us for the damage and charge us. I still have not got my deposit back, and they charged me over $100 because their office was closed on Sunday and I couldn't get the keys in on that day despite them saying give it to head office on SUNDAY. Ridiculous. Don't go with these guys. I'm only giving two stars because the kitchen was nice.

Sorry to say ,
But I am shocked to see that they re the highest rated agency in London.
I feel that they run the standard agency trap.
Putting some super nice and cheap room offers on spare room.co.uk
Then when u call to see if that's still available they see you must come by the office.
Once you are there they just ignore your questions about the places you found online and constantly show you others that are either more expensive or much further away.
Was a waste of Time and money to go.

Worst agency ever! We lived here for 2 moths and we have lived without heath or hot water for total 2 weeks. They are not really helping you if you don´t call them at least 5 times per day for 3 days. Today when I came home from work I found out that the toilet was flooded and there is mess... What agent could do to change your mind?
Take away the mess from the floor and give us some heath... obviously thing you should not have to ask for!

Worst agency ever!

Today when I came home from work I found out that the toilet was flooded and there is mess all over the bathroom, kitchen and hallway. And I´m pretty sure that they won´t do anything about it.
DO NOT rent from this agency!!
I know that this is accidents but seriously, not this many in this short time and they are not really helping.

I really appreciate the remarkable patience and solidarity that Monohar Hussein had when I was searching for a flat, taking me to several viewings and being very helpful to get me to the ideal property.
Besides, whenever I needed any further assistance during my stay, the support team, Kobir most of the times, was ready to reply to any e-mails or phone calls and provide solutions promptly. This means I can focus on my personal and professional life without spending any time worrying about the rental or flat, as it should be!
The excellent customer service, available at practically any time, and approachability of the staff makes tenants feel at ease to reach out.

De Vere have managed my property for 3 years . In that time they have proven themselves to be very efficient and professional . My property is managed to an extremely high standard , professionally cleaned once week and redecorated as required .
