Thank you David for your prompt response. As you correctly stated, Stags were unable to attend two of our viewing...two out of a total of THREE viewings we may add. We can only hope that Stags have acted on advice issued to them by The Ombudsman Services: Property, to prevent others experiencing a service that falls below expectations. ...
