We have just exchanged on our dream property with Stags. This has not been an easy purchase at all. Whilst the house and grounds have been ok, dealing with a myriad of personal issues from the sellers and their solicitors being slow and boarder line incompetent has caused many problems. The estate agent, Guy, has gone above and beyond to manage all of these dynamics and problems and was even available on his days off.

I'm grateful that they were attentive and quick to respond without in any way being pushy and insensitive. I would certainly recommend Stags to family and friends and use them again should I ever move again - heaven forfend!

Very impressed with Stags Launceston office. Greg was efficient, helpful and friendly and helped progress things despite all the difficulties we experienced due to the coronavirus lockdown. We have recently purchased a property through Stags and the service has been exceptional. It had been quite a long journey for us to find the right property and we worked with many agents in the process but Stags stood out very clearly from the others. Their honest, professional and quick service was very different from many of the other agents. As a buyer I was quite demanding asking lots of questions and also pushing for an 8 week exchange and completion, we did it in 7 .5 weeks and it was only because Stags worked so closely with us, the vendor and the solicitors to make it happen. I cant thank Emily, Josh, Greg and the team enough for your patience with me. People are very quick to criticise estate agents but they stood out as being very different from the others and looked after us at every stage.

Stags was chosen for their experience in selling agricultural properties. The choice was excellent as they made a very realistic valuation so we had plenty of enquiries and visits and three definite offers which were accepted subject in the case of two that they could sell their property first. The third which proceeded to completion. was totally effective entirely due to the persistent but courteous maintaining of contact with the buyer and liaising with ourselves at all times. Greg Sleeman should be particularly mentioned for his enthusiastic and extremely helpful approach throughout.

We were provided with detailed feedback from every viewing and recieved a Marketing Activity report weekly. ( Much better than - "well, we have advertised in the paper" )
These guys work and get results.
Greg was superb, very proactive. In fact we probably wouldnt have moved before Christmas had the various solicitors not been chivvied along

After paying a management fee for 18 months to stags to manage the rental of my property, the tanants left prior to the end of contract.
When claiming money from the deposit to reimburse my expenses to clean, remove rubbish etc I was told that stags had kept the deposit of �895 to cover their own expenses leaving me �531 out of pocket. Despite writing to stags on 4 occasions asking for a deposit break down I have had no correspondence what so ever!!! My calls have been ignored and I am at a total loss as to how such a large local company can be allowed to get away with this. Disgusting service, save your money!!!
I also contacted the partner of the company Andrew Luxton direct and after promising me that he would sort it out and call me back immediately, no reply!
