Absolutely TERRIBLE... People, be grateful that you weren't trying to contact Sharman Quinney about a deposit refund during the Covid19 pandemic. We did not in the end instruct Sharman Quinney to market our property because, frankly, their fee was sky high and because it was fixed provided no incentive for SQ to maximise sale price.
