Excellent service after 5 months with another estate agent who arranged just 3 viewings. Two months after instructing Seymours we have recently exchanged contracts. Caroline visited us, found out exactly what we wanted and advised us how to achieve it.. She arranged the brochure quickly and before it was printed we had viewings. She seemed to have a 6th saense about potential purchasers and her positive recommendations have proved correct. When major difficulties arose she was able to intervene effectively and when speed was required at the end of negotiations she proved invaluable.
